After a long hiatus, I'm starting to get back on track with my eating. Long hours at work, eating 3 meals a day away from home and constant stress eating have packed on some extra pounds lately and it's time to get back into healthier eating.
Goals for this week: drink more water and eat more fruit.
I'll be posting some great recipes soon!
